关塔纳摩监狱（Guantanamo prison ）亦称关塔纳摩湾拘留营（Guantanamo Bay detention camp）是一美国军方于2002年时在关塔南无湾海军基地所设置的军事监狱，座落于古巴关塔南无湾沿岸。

整个拘留营区是由D营（Camp Delta）、鬣鳞蜥营（Camp Iguana）与X营（Camp X-Ray）等三个营区所组成，该单位经常被简称为Guantanamo或Gitmo（起源于该单位的缩写GTMO）。

根据美方的说法，该拘留营内所关的都是被俘获的敌方战斗人员（enemy combatants），而负责营区运作的单位是关塔南无联合特遣部队（Joint Task Force Guantanamo，JTF-GTMO）。

The Guantánamo Bay Detention Camp is a United States detention center operated by Joint Task Force Guantánamo since 2001 in Guantánamo Bay Naval Base, which is on the shore of Guantánamo Bay, Cuba.

The detainment areas consist of three camps in the base: Camp Delta (which includes Camp Echo), Camp Iguana, and Camp X-Ray (which has been closed). The facility is often referred to as Guantánamo, or Gitmo.The detainees currently held as of June 2008 have been classified by the United States as "enemy combatants." After claims were made that these detainees were not entitled to any of the protections of the Geneva Conventions, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld on June 29, 2006 that they were entitled to the minimal protections listed under its Common Article 3.[4] Following this, on July 7, 2006, the Department of Defense issued an internal memo stating that prisoners will in the future be entitled to protection under Common Article 3.President Barack Obama announced on January 21, 2009, that Guantanamo Bay will be closed within a year.
