兴隆大家庭在沈阳东边新开了一个新光店，因为离我家比较近，所以我去过了两次，给我留下的印象很不好。感觉服务质量很一般，所招收的员工说话也不讲究，让人一看就知道是没经过培训的，今天又去了第二次，我拿了一个小的手提袋，他们非要让我把袋装到他们准备的大袋子里边，我跟他们解释说手机钱包都在袋里，有人找我就联系不上了，再说出门交钱时怎么办，夏天我们穿的衣服都不多，难道让我们一手拿手机一手拿钱包去购物么，那个小服务员说是商场里的规定，我说你们有监控设备，又有出门的探测仪器，还不够么，为什么还要这样要求我们顾客，是把顾客当成上帝还是当成小偷呢，这样做就是提前把顾客认定为小偷了，但是对方还是以商场规定来作为说辞，没办法，只好走人，天底下的商店多的是，没有你兴隆大家庭我照样可以买到好商品。我想问问商场的管理者，你们的这条规定是根据国家的哪一条法律来制定的。

我觉得：兴隆的运动休闲广场，现在就象五爱街一样．满街的小饰品乱七八糟，给钱就卖！！全是地摊货！！档次太低！！整理整理吧．别管想着赚钱形象也很主要．现在的经理只要业绩不注意形象，尽招一些低挡次的东西把商场形象给毁了，这些经理在干什么？？？
